Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup warm filtered water (not boiling)
  • ¼ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt (fine grain)
  • 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
  • Juice of ½ fresh lemon
  • (Optional) 2–3 slices fresh ginger
  • (Optional) ½ teaspoon raw honey

Method
 

  1. Warm the water to body temperature (around 98–104°F / 37–40°C).
  2. Add the Himalayan pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Mix in the lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
  4. (Optional) Add ginger slices and raw honey for flavor.
  5. Drink slowly on an empty stomach.
  6. Follow with one glass of plain water about 10 minutes later.
