Method
- Warm the water to body temperature (around 98–104°F / 37–40°C).
- Add the Himalayan pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
- Mix in the lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
- (Optional) Add ginger slices and raw honey for flavor.
- Drink slowly on an empty stomach.
- Follow with one glass of plain water about 10 minutes later.
